Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar Firmly Packed
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp ground dried chipotle chili pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard Powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine paprika, dark brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, ground chipotle, cumin, and mustard powder.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Store the mixture in an airtight container or place it in the freezer using a resealable plastic bag.
