– Mixing Bowl – Whisk – Saucepan – Spatula
– 1 cup whole milk – 1/2 cup sugar – 1/4 tsp salt – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream – 1/2 tsp blue food coloring
– 1/2 tsp blue food coloring – 3 tsp vanilla pudding mix the powder – 1 tsp raspberry extract or 1 C raspberries – 1 tsp lemon extract
1. Heat 1 cup of milk in a pan until it starts to boil. 2. Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved. 3. Pour in whipping cream, vanilla, pudding mix, raspberry, and lemon extracts.
4. Mix until well combined. 5. Add blue food coloring to reach your preferred shade. 6. Chill the mixture in the fridge until it's cold, then process it in your ice cream maker. Enjoy your homemade Blue Moon Ice Cream!
