For the Crust: – 1 cup all-purpose flour – ½ cup unsalted butter softened – ¼ cup granulated sugar – A pinch of salt For the Filling: – 1 cup shredded coconut – ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk – ¼ cup lime juice – Zest of one lime


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
