Homemade Corn Tortillas Recipe

– 2 cups Masa Harina – 2 cups Hot water – 1 teaspoon Fine sea salt

-- Mix the dough: Combine Masa Harina and salt, then gradually add hot water until a firm, springy dough forms. --Rest the dough: Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes under a damp towel.
