Homemade Corn Tortillas Recipe

– Mixing Bowl – Wooden Spoon – Tortilla Press – Ziplock Bags – Kitchen Towel – Tortilla Warmer


– 2 cups Masa Harina – 2 cups Hot water – 1 teaspoon Fine sea salt


-- Mix the dough: Combine Masa Harina and salt, then gradually add hot water until a firm, springy dough forms. --Rest the dough: Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes under a damp towel.


-- Portion and press: Roll the dough into balls, then flatten them into 4- to 5-inch tortillas using a tortilla press or rolling pin.


--Cook: Heat a skillet and cook each tortilla for 40-60 seconds per side until speckled brown spots appear. -- Serve: Keep tortillas warm in a towel-lined bowl and enjoy with your favorite fillings.
