Stress-Relief Cortisol Cocktail Recipe

– 1 green tea bag – 1 chamomile tea bag – Juice of half a lemon – 1 cup water – Ice cubes – Bowl

– 1 teaspoon honey – 1- inch piece of turmeric grated – 1- inch piece of fresh ginger grated – 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers

1. Start by boiling some water. Pour the hot water over either the green tea bag and chamomile tea bag in a heatproof container. 2. Let it steep for around 5 minutes to let the flavors blend into the water. Once infused, take out the tea bags or strain out the loose leaf tea and chamomile flowers.

3. Enhance the mix by squeezing in the juice of half a lemon. Introduce grated turmeric, sliced ginger, and, if you like, a bit of honey to the tea mixture. 4. Stir the components well, making sure everything blends together harmoniously. Continue the enchantment by letting the mixture steep for an additional 5 minutes.

5. Take a glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour the cortisol mocktail mixture over the ice cubes, filling the glass generously. 6. Give it a gentle swirl to chill the drink and spread the flavors evenly, making your taste buds happy.
