Simple Cream Dory Fish and Lemon Cream Sauce Recipe

– 4 Cream Dory fillets – Salt and black pepper to taste – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 cloves garlic minced – 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved – 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth – Juice of 1 lemon – 1/2 cup heavy cream – Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)


Season the Cream Dory: 1. Pat the Cream Dory fillets dry with paper towels. 2. Season both sides with salt and black pepper. Pan-Sear the Fish: 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.


2. Place the Cream Dory fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Prepare the Lemon Cream Sauce: 1.
