- Pork - Tomatillos - Green Chilies - Onion - Garlic - Chicken or Vegetable Broth - Cilantro - Spices - Lime - Oil
1. Cut pork into small pieces. 2. Chop tomatillos, onions, garlic, and green chilies. 3. Roast tomatillos and green chilies until soft. 4. Blend roasted vegetables with onions, garlic, and some broth until smooth.
5. Cook pork in a pot until browned. 6. Pour the blended sauce over the pork and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender. 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 8. Serve hot with cilantro and lime juice.
