Moscow Mule Recipe: Zesty Summer Sips

- Copper mug or highball glass - Jigger or shot glass - Citrus Juicer - Cocktail stirrer or spoon - Ice cube tray or ice maker - Knife 

Equipment 

– 2 ounces vodka – 1/2 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed – 3 ounces ginger beer chilled – ime wheel

Ingredients  

1. Fill a copper mug (or a highball glass) with ice cubes. 2. Pour 2 ounces of vodka over the ice. 3. Squeeze the juice of half a lime (approximately 1/2 ounce) into the mug.

Instructions 

4. Top off with ginger beer, filling the mug almost to the top. 5. Gently stir the ingredients to combine. 6. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the mug. 6. Serve and enjoy your refreshing Moscow Mule.
