– Large pot for cooking noodles – Colander or sieve for draining noodles – Large mixing bowl – Serving plates or bowls
– 7-8 ounces Somen noodles – 1,1/2 tbsp sugar – 2 tbsp sesame oil – vegetables such as cucumber, carrots, cabbage – 4 tbsp soy sauce – 1/2 to 1 tsp salt – Easy Teriyaki Tofu
– Cook somen noodles according to package instructions. – Drain and rinse noodles under cold water. – In a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
– Add cooked noodles to the bowl and gently coat with sauce. – Serve noodle salad with fresh vegetables and preferred protein.
