– 4 swai fish fillets 4-6 ounces each – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 cloves garlic minced – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – Salt and pepper to taste – Lemon wedges for serving – Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. 2. Pat dry the swai fish fillets with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
