Tex-Mex Taco Soup Recipe

- Wooden Spoon or Ladle  -Measuring Spoons and Cups - Cooking Utensils


- Ground Beef - Onion - Bell Peppers - Garlic - Diced Tomatoes


- Kidney Beans - Corn - Taco Seasoning Mix - Chicken or Beef Broth - Optional Toppings


1. Brown ground beef in pot until crumbled. 2. Saute onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened. 3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, and corn. 4. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over ingredients.


5. Simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes. 6. Adjust seasoning to taste. 7. Serve with optional toppings like cheese, sour  cream, avocado, cilantro, lime, and tortilla strips.
