- 1 cup Butter - 3 cup Powdered Sugar - 2 tbps Vanilla Extract - 4 tbps Heavy Cream - 1 tbps Lemon Juice or Zes
1. Soften butter to room temperature. 2. Sift powdered sugar to remove lumps. 3. Measure vanilla extract, heavy cream/milk, and optional flavorings. 4. Beat softened butter until creamy (2-3 minutes).
5. Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time. 6. Mix in vanilla extract, then slowly add heavy cream/milk. 7. Beat on medium-high until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
8. Adjust consistency with more cream/milk or powdered sugar. 9. Add optional flavorings like salt, lemon juice/zest, or almond extract. 10. Taste and adjust sweetness/flavorings as needed.
