Ingredients

  • 200 grams milkmaid 1/2 tin
  • 150 grams maida
  • 60 ml oil
  • 100 ml fanta or mirinda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3-4 drops vanilla essence optional

Instructions

  • Grease and line your baking tin, then preheat your oven to 180�C.
  • Sift together the flour and baking powder twice and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oil, vanilla essence, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture and Fanta to the bowl, mixing gently until everything is incorporated.
  • Pour the cake batter into the lined tin and bake at 180�C for 25 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, remove the cake from the tin, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve. Enjoy your delicious Fanta cake!
