Ingredients

  • 4 Cream Dory fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Season the Cream Dory:

  • Pat the Cream Dory fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Pan-Sear the Fish:

Prepare the Lemon Cream Sauce:

Simmer and Serve:

  • Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-5 minutes until it slightly thickens.
  • Place the pan-seared Cream Dory fillets back into the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve:

  • Plate the Cream Dory fillets with the lemon cream sauce.
