Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 Cup All-purpose flour�
  • 1/4 tbps Baking Soda
  • 1 tbps Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tbps Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large eggs�
  • 1 tbps Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Raisins�

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350�F (175�C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, followed by the raisins.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
