Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 ounce sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package corn bread mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350�F (175�C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine butter, whole corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix, and sour cream.
  • Fold the ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Notes

  • Stir the ingredients just until incorporated, taking care not to overmix. The finished casserole may be hard and dry if you overmix.
