  • 3 large eggs lightly beaten

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix 1 cup cottage cheese, ⅓ cup all-purpose flour, 3 lightly beaten eggs, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

  • Flip the pancakes and cook until browned on the other side, about 3 to 4 minutes.
