Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs with bone and skin on
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sazon or 1 packet store bought like Goya or Loisa
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 teaspoon fresh

Instructions

  • Season chicken thighs with Italian dressing, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
  • Marinate overnight for best flavor, or proceed immediately if short on time.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place chicken thighs skin side down on a rack over a baking sheet, or on an oiled sheet if no rack is available.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Flip chicken thighs skin side up and bake for another 20-24 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
