with bone and skin on

Italian dressing

kosher salt

adobo seasoning

sazon
or 1 packet store bought like Goya or Loisa

or 1 teaspoon fresh
Instructions
Season chicken thighs with Italian dressing, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
Marinate overnight for best flavor, or proceed immediately if short on time.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place chicken thighs skin side down on a rack over a baking sheet, or on an oiled sheet if no rack is available.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Flip chicken thighs skin side up and bake for another 20-24 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
