Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil toasted
  • 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 cup Green Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 pkt Shirataki Noodles rinse and drained well
  • ¼ cup Tamari Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 Scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions

  • Heat oil and garlic in a large frying pan.
  • Brown ground pork in the pan, breaking it into pieces.
  • Stir in ground ginger and sriracha.
  • Add cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add shirataki noodles.
  • Mix in tamari sauce and cook for 5-6 minutes until cabbage is soft and noodles are warm. Then season, sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
