Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9" x 9" or 9" x 11" oven-proof pan or small casserole bowl with avocado oil.
Chop onion, celery, and carrots.
In a medium bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, sour cream, egg, lemon pepper seasoning, chopped vegetables, peas, and half of the cheese.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot and bubbly.
Cut into 4 servings and serve warm.
