Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oat flour
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a mug or ramekin.
  • Add almond milk and stir in half of the chocolate chips.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
  • Microwave for 60-80 seconds until the mug cake expands to the top. Check every 10 seconds after 30 seconds.
