- 1 pound White fish fillets - 1 cup All-purpose flour - 1 cup Cornstarch - 1/2 tbps Baking powder - 1 tbps each Spices (such as paprika, cumin, or chili powder) - 1 cup Milk (for the batter)


- 8 Corn tortillas - 2 cups Shredded cabbage - 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup Chopped cilantro - 1 ripe Sliced avocado - 1 tbps Sour cream


1. Prepare the Fish: Cut and coat white fish pieces in a flour mixture. 2. Make the Batter: Whisk milk or beer into the flour mixture for a smooth batter. 3. Fry the Fish: Dip coated fish in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
