– Medium bowl – Whisk – Large Bowl – Nonstick pan – ⅓-cup measuring cup – Nonstick cooking spray
– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon baking powder aluminum-free – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¾ cup banana ripe mashed (about 1 ½ large) – 1 large egg – ¾ cup milk – Banana slices for serving – Maple syrup for serving
– Whisk dry ingredients in a medium bowl. – Beat banana and egg in a larger bowl, then add milk and dry ingredients.
– Heat nonstick pan, spray with cooking spray. – Pour batter using a ⅓-cup measuring cup into circles.
– Cook until puffed and golden, flip and cook until done. – Serve with banana slices and maple syrup.
