– Blender – Fine-mesh strainer – Large Bowl – Measuring cup/spoon – Optional: Ice (if serving immediately)
– 1/2 cup whole rolled oats – 3 cups water – 2 teaspoons maple syrup – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
– Combine oats, water, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a blender. – Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. – Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl.
– Strain the oat milk through the strainer without pushing excess pulp. – Add more maple syrup to taste, if desired.
– Chill the oat milk overnight for best results. – If serving immediately, add ice for a refreshing drink.
