Saucy Orange Marmalade Chicken Recipe

Preheat Oven: If you're baking the chicken, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper on both sides. Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the orange marmalade, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce until well combined.
