- 450 gram ground beef - 8 slices bread - 2 tbps all-purpose flour - 1 cup milk - Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients 

1. Brown the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned. 2. Thicken the Gravy: Sprinkle flour over the beef. Stir well to combine. Cook for a minute to remove the raw flour taste.
