PREP TIME - 15minutes COOK TIME - 15minutes ADDITIONAL TIME - 10minutes TOTAL TIME - 40minutes COURSE - Main Course CUISINE - Japanese CALORIES - 250 kcal
– Bamboo sushi mat – Sharp knife and Cutting Board – Bamboo rice paddle or a wooden spatula – Plastic Wrap – Large roll
– Imitation Crab Sticks – Nori seaweed sheets – Mayonnaise – Whole fresh cucumber – Sushi rice
– Mix chili sauce and mayo in a bowl. Set aside. – Coat crab meat with the sauce mixture. Set aside. – Place nori sheet on a bamboo mat. – Spread sushi rice on nori sheet.
– Add crab meat and cucumber. – Roll tightly with bamboo mat. – Wrap roll in plastic wrap and chill. – Slice and serve!
