Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder aluminum-free
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup banana ripe mashed (about 1 ½ large)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Banana slices for serving
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  • Whisk dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Beat banana and egg in a larger bowl, then add milk and dry ingredients.
