  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Large Eggs Separated
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form in a medium bowl; set aside.
  • In another medium bowl, mix egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine egg yolk mixture with dry ingredients, mix well.
  • Gently fold in beaten egg whites.
  • Pour batter onto hot waffle iron, cook as per manufacturer's directions.
  • Serve waffles immediately with desired toppings.
