Heat cooking oil in a wok over high heat
Add chicken and stir fry until lightly golden
Add minced garlic and cook briefly
Add asparagus and stir fry for 3–4 minutes
Pour in soy sauce and toss to coat
Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry
Cook another minute until chicken is fully cooked
Garnish with sesame seeds or scallions before serving
