Drain pasta and reserve a small amount of cooking water
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked
Remove chicken and slice into strips
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer
Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens
Add spinach and cook until wilted
Toss cooked pasta and sliced chicken into the sauce
Add a splash of pasta water if needed
Season with salt and pepper before serving
