Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 ½ tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 quarts oil for frying
  • ½ cup white sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
