Instructions

  • Pour the chilled Coke into a shallow dish or baking tray, spreading it out into an even layer.
  • Place the dish in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, use a fork to scrape and fluff the mixture, breaking up ice crystals and creating a snowy, fluffy texture. Repeat this process for about 3-4 hours until the Coke is fully frozen and has an icy, slushy consistency.
  • If desired, stir in a splash of lime juice and a few drops of cherry syrup or grenadine to add flavor and color.
  • Once the mixture is fluffy and snow-like, use a spoon or scoop to serve the slushie into glasses.
  • Garnish each serving with a fresh mint leaf for a cool aroma and a pop of color.
