Instructions

  • Prepare the filling: Shred cabbage and carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • If using, add ground meat to the mixing bowl along with soy sauce.

  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

  • Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of filling on the lower half.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
  • Fry the egg rolls, turning until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
