Ingredients

  • 3 cups Apples chopped
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ¾ cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 Large eggs
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil or Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg Optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan
    Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease my cake pan so the cake comes out easily later.

    In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth and slightly creamy.
