Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup  bomba rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2,1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash Bomba rice until water runs clear.
  • Transfer washed rice into rice cooker bowl.
  • Add 2 ½ cups of water per cup of uncooked rice into the rice cooker bowl.
  • Optionally, add salt and olive oil for flavor.
  • Close the rice cooker lid securely.
  • Select "cook" or "white/short grain" setting on the rice cooker.
  • Allow rice to cook undisturbed for about 20 minutes.
  • Once finished, fluff rice with a fork before serving.
