Instructions
Heat water to 205°F (96°C) or let it cool slightly after boiling.
Place coffee grounds in the French press carafe.
Pour hot water over grounds, stir, and let rest for 1 minute.
Stir again to break crust, cover, and steep for 3 more minutes.
Gently press plunger down until grounds are trapped at the bottom.
Serve immediately in cups.
Transfer leftover coffee to a vacuum-insulated mug for later.
