Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped cabbage, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.

Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal the egg roll.

Once the oil is hot, fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes, turning until golden brown.

Remove egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
