Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce St-Germain
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 4 ounces prosecco chilled
  • 1 ounce soda water chilled
  • Garnish: mint sprig
  • Garnish: lemon wheel

Instructions

  • Add 1/2 ounce of St-Germain and a sprig of mint into a wine glass.
  • Gently muddle the mint to release its oils.
  • Let the mixture sit for 3 minutes.
  • Add ice to the glass.
  • Pour in 4 ounces of chilled prosecco.
  • Add 1 ounce of chilled soda water.
  • Stir briefly and gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
