Ingredients

Instructions
Add 1/2 ounce of St-Germain and a sprig of mint into a wine glass.
Gently muddle the mint to release its oils.
Let the mixture sit for 3 minutes.
Add ice to the glass.
Pour in 4 ounces of chilled prosecco.
Add 1 ounce of chilled soda water.
Stir briefly and gently to combine.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
