  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream for the sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.

  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.

  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
