cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
