Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil For frying
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions

  • Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
    4 pieces Chicken breasts, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, 2 cloves Garlic
  • Add the chicken breasts to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on one side.

  • Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
