Instructions
Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.

Add the chicken breasts to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on one side.

Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
