  • 2 pounds Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Milk or more for desired consistency

Instructions

  • Boil the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  • Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot.

  • Add the softened cream cheese and butter to the hot potatoes.

  • Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until smooth and creamy.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional butter if desired.

Notes
