  • Airtight Container
  • Freezer-Safe Container:
  • Spatula
  • Saucepan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 cup Whole Milk
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoon Mint extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Few drops green food coloring Optional
  • 1 cup Chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Whisk the cream, milk, sugar, mint extract, and salt until everything is smooth.
    Mix the Base
  • Check the flavor and add a little more mint only if it needs a brighter lift.
  • If you want that soft green tint, stir in a few drops until the color looks gentle.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
  • Let the mixture rest in the fridge for at least an hour, cold ingredients freeze better.
    Chill the Base
  • Pour the base into the ice cream maker and let it thicken slowly.
  • Near the end, fold in the chocolate pieces so they spread evenly.
  • Smooth the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
    Transfer to a Container
  • Give it a few hours to set until it becomes scoopable.
    Freeze Until Firm
  • A cool, crisp scoop always feels refreshing.
    Serve and Enjoy
