Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil melted coconut oil or melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cream whipped cream, powdered sugar, berries for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a mug.
  • Stir until well combined and free of lumps.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix.
  • Pour in oil, milk, and vanilla, and stir until just combined.
  • Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds, checking for doneness.
  • Continue cooking in 10-second intervals if needed.
  • Serve immediately with desired toppings.
