Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream

Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream

This Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream is thick, creamy, and surprisingly indulgent for a high-protein dessert. Made with milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and a touch of vanilla, it freezes into a smooth, scoopable treat that's perfect when you want something sweet without a heavy dessert.

Notes

  • Higher-protein milk and whey-casein protein blends generally produce a creamier texture.
  • Don't worry if the first spin looks crumbly. A splash of milk and another spin usually transforms the texture.
  • The pudding mix helps reduce iciness, but you can leave it out if preferred.
  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk, dairy-free yogurt, and plant-based protein powder.
  • Freeze the mixture completely flat and never fill the Creami container above the maximum line.
  • Store the frozen pint with its lid tightly secured and re-spin before serving again.
