Instructions

  • Lay out the prosciutto slices flat on a clean surface or plate. Depending on their size, you can cut or fold them to create manageable wraps, making sure they are slightly overlapping if needed.
  • Spoon a small amount of the strawberry salsa onto one end of each prosciutto slice. Don't overload it; a little goes a long way to keep the wraps neat and easy to eat.
  • Gently fold or roll the prosciutto slices around the filling, creating little bundles or wraps. Aim for a tight roll that keeps the salsa inside but reveals a hint of the colorful filling at the opening.
  • Arrange the completed wraps on a serving plate. If desired, place additional fillings like basil leaves or mozzarella inside before rolling for extra flavor and visual appeal.

Notes
