Ingredients

  • 1,1/2 cups water
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 2 pounds frozen king crab legs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure crab legs are thawed if necessary.
  • Place a trivet in the pressure cooker and add water.
  • Arrange crab legs on top of the trivet, ensuring they fit comfortably.
  • Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker.
  • Select high pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions and set the timer for 3 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure cooker to build pressure, which may take about 10 minutes.
  • Once cooking is complete, carefully release pressure using the quick-release method as per the manufacturer's instructions, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Unlock and remove the lid, then use tongs to transfer the cooked crab legs to a serving dish.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the crab legs and serve with melted butter.
