  • 1 10 ounce package pizza crust dough
  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • 1 14 ounce jar pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium red onion finely chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 package sliced pepperoni sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook ground beef until browned; mix with pizza sauce, ham, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms.
  • Roll out pizza dough; arrange pepperoni, sauce, and cheese on one half; fold over and seal edges.
  • Poke holes in dough, brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown; cut into pieces.
