Preheat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
In another bowl, combine wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Grease griddle/skillet and pour batter to make pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Keep cooked pancakes warm in the oven.
