Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds fingerling potatoes washed and dried well
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the potatoes, then cut them in half.
