Wash and thoroughly dry the potatoes, then cut them in half.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for a few minutes.
While preheating, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
Place the potatoes in a single layer in the 400°F air fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir the potatoes, then cook for another 5 to 8 minutes until a fork easily pierces the flesh.
